X45 Capacity Engine · Campus Allocation Model
The Campus Tranche Allocation.
How $30M Funds $5.96M Of Infrastructure.
With Drag Calculations.
The original 17-month deployment schedule was built on conservative return assumptions. Current CAGR projections compress that to 8–12 months — without changing the mechanism. This page shows both. Tranche drag is quantified. The IBM documentation remains the baseline. The numbers are verified.
How The Mechanism Works
Profits Fund The Campus. Capital Stays In The Account.
$30M deployed into X45
Full capital amount placed into the licencee’s own MT5 account. X45 EA begins trading immediately. Capital is non-custodial — HavenAlgo never holds client funds.
Profits accumulate toward each milestone
Each tranche releases when cumulative verified profit reaches the milestone threshold. APP protection (25–28% monthly floor) pauses the release clock if monthly returns fall below threshold — the campus is never funded from drawdown months.
Capital base continues to compound
Each extraction reduces the compounding base slightly — that is the tranche drag. It is quantified below. From month 18, the capital base is fully restored and earning at full rate on the post-extraction balance.
APP Protection (25–28%): The Advance Payment Protocol is a minimum monthly return gate. If X45 produces below the 25–28% annualised threshold in any month, that month’s tranche progress is paused and resumes the following month. This ensures the campus is never funded from underperformance months — it is funded exclusively from verified surplus returns.
Original Deployment Schedule
Four Tranches. Seventeen Months. $5,960,500 Total.
The baseline schedule below was constructed on conservative return assumptions. It remains the reference document for IBM and campus documentation. The acceleration projections are additive — they show what the same mechanism delivers at current CAGR figures.
| Tranche | Release Month | Amount | Purpose | Gate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| T1 — Foundation | Month 7 | $2,310,500 | Site acquisition, foundations, utility infrastructure | Profit milestone + min. 6-month trading record |
| T2 — Structural Build | Month 11 | $1,450,000 | Residential blocks, education facility frame | T1 construction milestone verified |
| T3 — Systems Deployment | Month 14 | $1,250,000 | Solar, water, medical, vocational fit-out | T2 construction milestone verified |
| T4 — Commissioning | Month 17 | $950,000 | Operational launch, staffing, working capital reserve | Full campus inspection + handover readiness |
| Total Campus Allocation | $5,960,500 | 19.9% of $30M capital base · 17-month build programme | ||
Tranche Drag Analysis
What The Extractions Cost The Compounding Base.
Each tranche extraction removes capital from the compounding base at the moment of release. The table below tracks the capital base through all four extraction events, then calculates the total wealth drag — the foregone compound returns on extracted capital — against the unencumbered CAGR baseline.
Basis: $30M starting capital. CAGR figures from X45 Capacity Engine (Sep 2026, Jawad Howard review). Monthly compounding applied. Unencumbered = same capital with no extractions over 17 months.
| Event | Month | Capital Before | Monthly Profit | Extracted | Capital After |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T1 — Foundation | 7 | $34,804,221 | $746,444 | $2,310,500 | $32,493,721 |
| T2 — Structural Build | 11 | $35,372,250 | $758,626 | $1,450,000 | $33,922,250 |
| T3 — Systems Deployment | 14 | $36,151,979 | $775,349 | $1,250,000 | $34,901,979 |
| T4 — Commissioning | 17 | $37,196,106 | $797,742 | $950,000 | $36,246,106 |
| After 17 months | Unencumbered: $43,031,849 | Total extracted: $5,960,500 | Wealth drag: $825,243 | Eff. CAGR: 27.25% | |
| Drag vs headline 29.0% CAGR: 175 bps (1.75pp) | Monthly profit from month 18: $777,368 | ||||
Drag Summary — All Three Scenarios
Key finding: The total wealth drag across all four tranche extractions is $825k–$1.0M on a $30M base — under 3.5% of starting capital, absorbed over 17 months. From month 18, the capital base is $36.2M–$39.2M (higher than the starting $30M despite all extractions) and generating $777k–$1.0M per month. The mechanism is self-healing.
Schedule Acceleration
Original Documentation: 17 Months.
Current CAGR: 8–12 Months.
The original 17-month schedule was constructed on a conservative ~~35% net return assumption. Current CAGR projections (post Jawad Howard review, Sep 2026) produce materially higher monthly profits. If 100% of monthly profits are directed to campus funding until each milestone is met, the full $5,960,500 is funded ahead of the original schedule in all scenarios.
| Scenario | CAGR | Monthly Profit (approx.) | Full Campus Funded By | vs Original |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Original (IBM documentation basis) | ~22% | ~$550,000 | Month 12 | Baseline |
| Nonlinear Stress (binding floor) | 29.0% | ~$725,000 | Month 10 | 2 months ahead |
| Zero Friction (ceiling) | 35.5% | ~$888,000 | Month 8 | 4 months ahead |
IBM documentation remains valid. The original 17-month milestone schedule in the IBM documentation represents the conservative baseline — built when the return assumption was ~~35% net. That documentation is not wrong; it is conservative by design.
Current CAGR projections compress the funding timeline. Any acceleration relative to the baseline schedule is upside for the campus — not a deviation from the documented plan. The milestone gate structure (APP protection, construction verification) remains unchanged regardless of the acceleration.
Month 18 Onwards
After The Campus Is Funded, The Capital Base Is Fully Restored.
Despite extracting $5.96M across 17 months, the compounding capital base at month 17 is $36.2M–$39.2M — higher than the original $30M starting capital. From month 18, all returns revert to the licencee with no further extraction obligations.
Islamic account variant: Swap-removal adds $1.84M annually at $30M across all scenarios (+3.6pp to every CAGR figure). Islamic account stress floor is 32.6%, zero-friction ceiling is 35.5%. Monthly profit from month 18 under the Islamic stress floor: approximately $837,000. Full Islamic account capacity analysis: x45-capacity-shariah.html
